DESCRIPTION
Gorlitz tram opened in 1882 (initial horse tram) and it was electrified in 1897. The network was extended in 1900, 1906-1907, 1930, 1938 and 1986; in 2004 one of the tram routes (former Line 1) was replaced by an ordinary bus service.
The current tram network consists in 2 lines.
