DESCRIPTION
Wurzburg tram opened in 1892 (initial horse tram) and it was electrified in 1900. The last tram extension were completed in 1989 (Reuterstrasse-Heuchelhof Athener Ring) and 1997 (Madrider Ring-Rottenbauer).
The current network consists in 5 lines.
