DESCRIPTION
Frankfurt Oder electric first tram sections opened in 1898 (Buschmuhlenweg-Wilhelmsplatz-Magazinplatz; Neuer Friedhof-Wilhelmsplatz-Schutzenhaus); from that date the tram has been continuosly in service. Tram network was extended in 1906, 1924, 1927, 1976, 1980, 1982 and 1988.
The current network consists in 5 lines.
