DESCRIPTION
Genoa metro first section opened in 1990 (Brin-Dinegro); it was extended in 1992 (Dinegro-Principe), 2003 (Principe-San Giorgio), 2005 (San Giorgio-De Ferrari) and 2012 (De Ferrari-Brignole).
This radial metro line joins the city centre at De Ferrari stop; a crucial intermodal exchange point is constituted by Principe stop (where metro interchanges with railway station, Marittima station, bus/taxi terminals and Granarolo funicolar).
